I have an iPhone 4 for like 8 months SN: JF124ZDNA4S , 1 week ago a yellow spot appeared on the upper left corner on the screen... i left it like that so maybe it will disappear but it didn't? how i can fix this problem please! and what cause it?

I live in Egypt and buy it from Mobinil.
